Fire Safety
All products are tested to fire standard EN 13501-1 and classed A2-s1,d0.
Free delivery is standard to orders above £150*, for orders below £150, a £1.99 delivery charge will be applied.
Parcels are generally shipped by courier, your confirmation email will include contact and tracking details for your shipment, please contact the courier for status of your delivery, if for any reason you are unable to, we will be happy to help.
Orders too large to be delivered by parcel couriers will be palletised. When placing an order you are accepting that it may arrive on a pallet where necessary. Please note that it is your responsibility to offload the goods, and transport them to your premises; for larger orders, a forklift may be required.
Delivery will require signature, for alternative arrangements to be made please contact the courier.
If you notice any damages to the outer packaging at the time of delivery either: do not accept the package and request for this to be returned to us, or request to sign for as "Damaged". Once you have signed for the package you are accepting any damages that have occurred in-transit, no liability can be accepted for damage to goods that are not signed for upon receipt.
For deliveries on a pallet you have the right to keep the driver for up to 10 minutes whilst you check your goods.
The Connect™ One Hook fixing comes as standard with the Akusto One, or choose our Connect™ One Trim and Anchor system for extra accuracy at an additional £9.60. Just follow our installation guides and videos to have your acoustic panels on the wall in no time.

As humans it is normal that we change our minds, and we understand that sometimes a situation changes where something we’ve purchased is no longer required.
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the items are undamaged and contain all the fixings provided.
The cost of the return is not covered by thatsoundsbetter and will not be reimbursed, please let us know that you will be returning a product by emailing us at hello@thatsoundsbetter.co.uk We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund if the product shows signs of unreasonable use or if fixings are missing. We do not accept returns if fixings have already been inserted into the supplied product.
You will be refunded within 14 working days after we have received the product.
