Delivery Terms and Pricing

Below are our standard terms for delivery. If you have any questions, please just ask, we'll be happy to help. In summary, delivery to most of the UK and the Republic of Ireland is free, with some exceptions. Next day delivery is also available with the UK.

Standard UK & ROI Delivery

Free delivery is standard to the majority of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland on all orders above £10*. For orders below £10, a £1.99 delivery charge will be applied.
Parcels are generally shipped by courier, and your confirmation email will include contact and tracking details for your shipment. In the first instance, please contact the courier for status of your delivery, but feel free to contact us as well.
Please note, delivery will require signature, or for alternative arrangements to be made with the courier, for example for goods to be left in a safe location. No liability can be accepted for damage to goods that are not signed for upon receipt.

Express UK Delivery

Don't want to wait? If you order products in stock and available for immediate dispatch, you can choose a next day delivery within most areas of the United Kingdom. A £9.99 delivery charge will apply. Orders will be delivered the next working day for all orders placed on any working day before 10.30am. All other terms remain as per standard delivery.

 

Summary Charges and Exclusions

Standard Delivery

FREE for orders with a value of £10 or higher. A £1.99 delivery charge is applied to baskets below £10 total value. Within 4 working days

Orders are processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail or courier service for larger parcels.

The warehouse can choose to upgrade the order to courier to meet delivery deadlines

UK Next Day

£9.99

Next working day. AM / PM can be specified.

For next day delivery orders must be placed by 12pm

 

*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Channel Islands, delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live. A surcharge of £4.99 will be applied to orders in these postcodes: In such cases, you will be contacted by our customer service team to confirm the delivery date. 


Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Saint-Gobain Ecophon also strongly advises against deliveries to be made directly to construction sites or third party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to such locations or third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that Saint-Gobain Ecophon cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to construction sites or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

Overseas Delivery

Customers wishing to have items delivered outside of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland may incur a higher delivery cost and a longer delivery time. Please contact us via email before placing your order for a quotation for delivery. Delivery is available for all EU countries, plus Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.

Working Days

A working day is defined as Monday - Friday.  Please note that weekends, bank and public holidays are excluded.

Issues with Delivery

If there are any issues with the goods you order, for example: If you have ordered more of a product than we have in stock, we will contact you to discuss the options. We may deliver the order in two parts as appropriate to your requirements.

Returning Goods

If you need to return some articles you purchased on the website, please contact us via this contact form or via email. You will be guided through the process. If the goods are faulty or we have delivered the incorrect product, we will organise and cover the cost of the return. After inspection of the returned products, we will without undue delay send you a new product or proceed to a full refund.

If you have decided that you do not want the product that you ordered, you can return it, undamaged, within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please make sure to return all installation accessories. Any refund given will not include our delivery charges. You must arrange for the return of the product. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund if the product you have returned shows signs of unreasonable use or if some accessories are missing. In particular, we do not accept returns if suspension accessories have already been inserted into the supplied product.  You will be refunded within fourteen working days after we have received the product.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us via email. You will be refunded within five working days.
If your order has already been dispatched a refund cannot be issued until the good are returned to us.
