**Please note: delivery within 7 working days is only for stock held in our warehouse. If we need to order stock in to fulfil your order, it can take up to 6 - 8 weeks. Orders too large to be delivered by parcel couriers will be palletised. When placing an order you are accepting that it may arrive on a pallet where necessary. Connect™ One-Point Fixing - for use with Solo™ Circle 1200mm and Solo™ Square 1200mm installations only. This is an installation option for these products, there is no need to order unless replacements or extras are needed. If you are ordering replacements, you require ONE per Solo™ Circle 1200mm or Solo™ Square 1200mm panel.
The kit doesn’t include the absorber anchor you will also need during installation, so please order these separately. For additional or replacement, four per Solo panel is required.

Free delivery is standard to the majority of orders above £150*, for orders below £150, a £4.99 delivery charge will be applied.
Parcels are generally shipped by courier, your confirmation email will include contact and tracking details for your shipment, please contact the courier for status of your delivery, if for any reason you are unable to, we will be happy to help.
Please note, delivery will require signature, for alternative arrangements to be made please contact the courier.
No liability can be accepted for damage to goods that are not signed for upon receipt.
As humans it is normal that we change our minds, and we understand that sometimes a situation changes where something we’ve purchased is no longer required.
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the items are undamaged and contain all the fixings provided.
The cost of the return is not covered by thatsoundsbetter and will not be reimbursed, please let us know that you will be returning a product by emailing us at hello@thatsoundsbetter.co.uk We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund if the product shows signs of unreasonable use or if fixings are missing. We do not accept returns if fixings have already been inserted into the supplied product.
You will be refunded within 14 working days after we have received the product.
