Returns Installation Delivery Description

Our large Solo™ Circle acoustic ceiling panels offer a simpler alternative to a full suspended ceiling, due their dense glass wool core and high coverage, they can be just as effective at absorbing unwanted sound.

These large 800mm circle panels make a statement in any space, while their smooth white surfaces create a clean and modern look.

Solo™ panels are finished with Akutex FT painted surface, this improves sound absorption while also making them dirt repellent and easier to clean.

Sustainable

Solo™ Circle panels use 70% recycled glass wool, and a plant-based binding agent, you can be confident you’re buying a sustainable product.

They’re also free of added formaldehyde, keeping the air inside your space clean and healthy.

Fire Safety

All products are tested to fire standard EN 13501-1 and classed A2-s1,d0.

Solo™ acoustic ceiling panels are lightweight and easy to install using the template and fittings provided.

For floating look we recommend using the adjustable wire kit, or for a more discreet look they can be fitted with the Connect Absorber Anchor and Bracket.

Follow our installation guide (How To Install Our Acoustic Ceiling Panels | That Sounds Better) and the information included with the product to ensure your surface and fixing method can safely hold the weight of each panel.

Special colours are made to order therefore lead times are 6-8 weeks

Free delivery is standard to the majority of orders above £100*, for orders below £100, a £1.99 delivery charge will be applied.

Parcels are generally shipped by courier, your confirmation email will include contact and tracking details for your shipment, please contact the courier for status of your delivery, if for any reason you are unable to, we will be happy to help.

Please note, delivery will require signature, for alternative arrangements to be made please contact the courier.

No liability can be accepted for damage to goods that are not signed for upon receipt.

As humans it is normal that we change our minds, and we understand that sometimes a situation changes where something we’ve purchased is no longer required.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the items are undamaged and contain all the fixings provided.

The cost of the return is not covered by thatsoundsbetter and will not be reimbursed, please let us know that you will be returning a product by emailing us at hello@thatsoundsbetter.co.uk We reserve the right to make a deduction from the amount of the refund if the product shows signs of unreasonable use or if fixings are missing. We do not accept returns if fixings have already been inserted into the supplied product.
